The queue manager system manages and optimizes customers’ lines.
The queue manager system assigns to each customer a booking ticket and coordinates the calls from the operators of different sectors and displays them on the corresponding Illuminated board.
The Queue Manager allows customers to select the service of their interest and obtain a booking ticket showing the average waiting time for their turn as well as the number of customers ahead in the queue. Illuminated boards clearly displays waiting time for each service offered. Every time the operator presses the call push-button, the system activates the booking number for the next customer which is then displayed on the illuminated board together with the relevant counter number where they should go.
